5. Can I register for more than one course at a time?
Yes, you can sign up for as many as you want. Each course is $10. We recommend taking advantage of our incentive plan.

6. My course disappeared. Do I have to start over?
If your course has been expired for an extended period of time, it will become inactive and disappear from your course list. If you wish to renew your course and pick up where you left off, please call the Help Desk with your credit card information.

7. My course expired. How do I renew it?
If you need to renew/extend a course after the first 30 days, you can email us or call us. The first 30 day extension is free. (We will extend the course to expire 60 days from the start date.)
If you need to renew/extend a course after the 60 day expiration, you will need to call us. You will be charged a $10 fee to renew the course for an additional 30 days.

8. I finished my course in 30 days. How do I redeem my free course?
You can ask your test proctor to request the next course for you OR you can contact us and we will add it for you.
